Menurut Alvin, pengiktirafan tersebut menunjukkan usahanya menganjurkan talk show di alam maya sejak pandemik Covid-19 melanda seluruh dunia itu berbaloi.

“Sebenarnya pengiktirafan ini adalah sesuatu yang tidak dijangka buat saya dan pasukan. Apatah lagi pihak Malaysia Book Of Records memang sangat teliti dalam pemilihan ini dan terlalu banyak piawaian perlu pihak saya melepasinya.
“Agak terkejut juga, apabila pihak Malaysia Book of Records sendiri telah memberi penilaian yang agak cepat sebaik sahaja pasukan saya melengkapkan borang serta keperluan yang diperlukan.
“Secara jujurnya saya telah meletakkan standard sendiri dalam apa juga saya lakukan. Begitu juga dengan talk show ini juga sebab saya tak mahu terikut atau sama dengan orang lain.
“Apabila mereka kata saya layak untuk menerima pengiktirafan ini, ia secara tidak langsung membuatkan usaha saya dalam melahirkan sesebuah talk show secara online yang berkualiti ini berbaloi,”

The Nite Nite Show with Alvin Anthons merupakan sebuah rancangan hiburan pertama di Malaysia yang disiarkan secara lansung melalui aplikasi Instagram, dilengkapiset studio dan DJ secara lansung.
Tidak ketinggalan juga tetamu-tetamu istimewa yang hadir melalui akaun Instagram masing-masing, di mana mereka akan berbincang mengenai isu-isu semasa dan menyertai segmen permainan yang menarik, dicipta khas bagi setiap tetamu yang hadir.
Bercerita mengenai cabaran yang dilalui ketika mengendalikan program tersebut, Alvin memberitahu dia dan pasukan menghadapi banyak masalah teknikal.
“Bukan kerja yang mudah, terutama dari segi teknikal kerana pasukan kami berhadapan dengan banyak masalah kerana untuk diselaraskan dalam format IG Live.
“Saya juga membeli banyak alat bantuan teknikal semata-mata untuk mendapatkan kualiti bunyi dan visual terbaik apabila di siarkan secara langsung. Itu semua adalah pelaburan yang telah saya buat untuk merealisasikan usaha ini.
“Dari sudut lain, pihak Malaysia Book of Records melihat kepada ketelitian program ini yang disiarkan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan. Hari dan waktu siaran yang tepat. Tak ada perubahan,”

Menggunakan format Bahasa Inggeris, rancangan bual bicara malam ini telah pun menamatkan musim pertama pada hujung bulan Julai 2020 yang lepas disamping kejayaan membawa 13 nama selebriti top dari Malaysia, Singapura dan juga Amerika Syarikat sebagai tetamu rancangan.
Antara nama besar yang muncul adalah seperti Dato’ Hans Isaac, Dato’ Norman (KRU), Gurmit Singh aka Phua Chu Kang, Amber Chia, Allan Wu (Amazing Race Asia) dan Justin Bratton (Asia’s Got Talent).
Program ini bersiaran secara lansung dua kali seminggu, di laman akaun Instagram (@Alvinanthons), setiap hari Selasa & Khamis, jam 10 malam.

The Nite Nite Show with Alvin Anthons, earned a National Record verified by Malaysia Book of Records for the First Instagram Live Broadcasting Talk Show. Amidst the pandemic came the need to amplify the adoption of digital as more people are glued to their mobile phones. Although Instagram Live has been commonly used by many, The Nite Nite Show with Alvin Anthons is the first Malaysian live entertainment program broadcasted on Instagram, amidst a studio set and a live DJ, featuring special guests to come on board via Instagram remotely and talk about trending issues and participate in unique game segments, tailormade for each guest.
It is the first time a show is able to configure a Live-Multi-Output show that includes simultaneous broadcasting of visuals of both parties, along with the Host’s audio, the Remote Guest audio and DJ live music, throughout the show in a high-quality production.
The English format late-night talk show has just concluded Season 1 at the end of July 2020 has featured 13 A-list celebrities from Malaysia, Singapore and the United States of America, of various talents.
The line-up of guest that has appeared on the show so far are; Dato’ Hans Isaac, Dato’ Norman (KRU), Gurmit Singh aka Phua Chu Kang, Amber Chia, Allan Wu (Amazing Race Asia) and Justin Bratton (Asia’s Got Talent), to mention a few. The program airs twice a week, on Instagram (@Alvinanthons), every Tuesday & Thursday at 10 pm with a fresh take on a live broadcasted talk show.
The concept of the show centers a high-energy entertainment talkshow concept that not only features A-list guests but also ensures its content is unique and entertaining. The entertainment-worthiness of the show that has ensured steady viewership lies in the unique games created for each guest which utilizes unconventional mechanics and props. Each hilarious episode features interviews with guests and two game segments ; 1) a unique game for each guests such as – Inhaling Helium while reading a tongue twister, and singing a song while eating a bitter gourd. 2) Rapid Fire, where guests are required to answer heated and sometimes embarrassing questions within a short period of time with weird punishments if they fail to do so.
The show also highly engages the audience in its games and program of each episode for example, including the audience as part of the games that guests are required to play and weekly contest for audience to participate and win official merchandise.
Targeted to demographics of 21 – 55 year old Malaysians, the show has garnered an average of 500+ live viewers for each episode since going on air in June. The recap show posted on YouTube has reached over 5,200 views average for each episode.
The Nite Nite Show is the second talk-show in which Alvin is host of. He helmed his own talk show on Radio Televisyen Malaysia TV2, called ‘Let’s Talk’. The entertainment talk show programme ran for three seasons, garnering over one million viewers per episode back in year 2000.
