With scrumptious kampong-style cuisines and international cuisines with a live BBQ action station while being entertained by the Ghazal performance.
The wide array of Malay cuisines includes Ikan Tenggiri Asam Pedas, Ikan Kembong Masak Singgang, Paru Masak Tiga Rasa, Nasi Dalca, Kacang Pool, Penang Pasambor, Nasi Mandy Ayam ala Arab and the traditional Bubur Lambuk to name a few. In addition, Amalaka’s signature dish, the Gulai Kawah is featured.
The chefs at Amalaka restaurant have also has started the fire in barbeque pit for guests and their family and friends. Then can get ready for a feast of delicious hearty servings of whole lamb, grilled Tandori Chicken, Otak-otak, satay chicken, grilled fish and the list goes on.
The dessert counter offers varieties of sweet treats to guests such as Bread and butter pudding, Ais batu campur, Cendol, Sagu gula Melaka, Assorted Malay and Nyonya kuih and Goreng pisang berapi.
