NOODLES AND RICE GALORE

Rice and noodles are staple food in many Asian cuisines. Whether fragrantly fried, smothered in seductive sauces or basked in broths, both of these must-haves have since become comfort food for many of us Asians. Throughout the month of March, the team of chefs at Coffee House, Sunway Putra Hotel Kuala Lumpur have decided to go multicultural with a selection of six noodles and rice dishes cooked in various styles. Prices start from RM25.00++ per portion and available on a la carte basis.

To start with, take your pick from our selection of hot and delightful noodle dishes. It is a must to try our Japanese noodle ala Thai called Tom Yam Seafood Udon, served with New Zealand mussels, prawns and fish balls cooked in spicy Thai broth or our very own Putra Prawn Mee – yellow noodles served with bean sprouts, prawns, egg and fish cake slices. If you are in favour of dry-based noodle, indulge in Seafood Mee Sua where fine strands of vermicelli-like noodles are stir-fried with prawns, squids, chives and bean sprouts topped with strands of omelette.
