SEPANG, 29 September, 2011 – AirAsia, the world’s best low cost airline for three consecutive years (2009, 2010, 2011) officially launches its latest feature on mobile, where guests can purchase AirAsia INSURE Travel Protection Plan whenever they make bookings via AirAsia Mobile. As an innovative airline, AirAsia is committed to constant enhancements in order to fulfill its guests’ travel protection needs via hassle free purchase approach.
According to AirAsia Regional Head of Financial Services & Loyalty, Johan Aris, “We understand our guests’ needs and the latest mobile lifestyle, thus we have stepped up our travel protection availability via AirAsia Mobile.

A unique feature is the *On Time Guarantee (OTG) Benefit, which offers cash compensation amounting to RM200 for delays of more than 2 (two) hours from the scheduled departure time, tailored exclusively for AirAsia guests.
