Festive flavours concocted by our master chefs are sure to excite the taste buds of diners. There are three rotation menus featured in the dinner buffet and star dishes to bask in include mains such as the Traditional Roasted Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing, Roasted Striploin, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Cassoulet Lamb Bourguignon and Grilled Prawn in Pesto and Cashew Nuts.

Other main course to revel in the Santa’s workshop includes the Pan Seared Butter Fish with Tri Colour Pepper Sauce, Cheesy Spinach Pie, Au Gratin Lamb Cutlets and Chicken Fricassee with Garden Mushroom.

The spread includes irresistible appetisers like Smoked Seafood Platter with Assorted Berries, Santa’s Favourite Turkey Pate, Chestnut and Squash Cream Soup, Shrimp Cocktail Tacos and Seared Scallop with Lime Jalapeno Aioli and Mozzarella.
