SEARCH DI AWAN BIRU CONCERT TOUR
MAKING ITS WAY TO KUALA LUMPUR!
-Brace yourself for the biggest Search Di Awan Biru Concert ever!
6 July 2009- Search is back with a bang and ready to rock for their next stage performance in Kuala Lumpur next month. This time around, Search wants to make sure their fans know who their rocking with! The concert carnival will take place at the Polo Pavilion, Bukit Kiara Equestrian & Country Resort, Kuala Lumpur on 1 August 2009 from 3.00pm until midnight, and it is expected to be their biggest gig for 2009.
This will be the fifth installment of their Search Di Awan Biru Concert Tour series that took place in various locations namely Tapak Ekspo, Seberang Perai, Pulau Pinang, Stadium Tertutup MBJB in Johor Bharu, Stadium Mini Jengka in Pahang and Stadium Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah in K. Terengganu, which were organized by Art-Is At Work Sdn Bhd. Celcom (Malaysia) Berhad, as a main sponsor of Search Di Awan Biru Concert has commenced an extensive television and print campaign to promote this much anticipated concert.
Search is also honoured to have their long time friend and band member Kid, on stage with them rocking just like old good times. Kid who has been with Search since the ‘Fenomena’ album in 1989, will be performing side by side with Hillary and Din on guitars, and Search is looking forward to watch Kid heat up the stage and entertain his avid fans once again!
To make this eight-hour concert carnival more festive, Search has invited four independent bands to share the stage with them. The confirmed bands are Pesawat, Revenge, Zip Ziller and
Republic of Brickfields. Food, drinks and other activities at Search co-sponsored vendor booths will also be available throughout the event.

5.30pm – Zip Ziller,
6.30pm – Republic of Brickfields,
7.30pm – Stage break,
8.45pm – Main Performance by Search,
12.00am – End of Concert Carnival.
For traveling convenience, Search has made arrangements for a special bus route from KL Sentral to the venue. Thanks to Rapid KL, there will be two pick-ups per hour from 12.00pm until
1.00am the next morning, to cater to the expected crowd of 15,000 people.
