Ticket pre-sales began on the 13th of April 2019 at Atria Shopping Gallery from 11AM and went out for 9-hours where some hardcore fans had slept overnight at the pre-sales venue in order to get their tickets.
“The line ended up being super long and fans had to wait long hours to get their tickets but their experience was made a comfortable one thanks to food and drink sponsors, Miaow Miaow snacks, Hwa Tai biscuits and Ocean mineral water.”

The following day on the 14th of April 2019, online ticket sales opened at www.macpiepro.com and on the MMspot app.
As of 11AM on 15th April 2019, all 14,700 tickets have been sold for both days of the concert that is to be held on the 8th and 9th of August at the Malawati Indoor Stadium, Shah Alam.
