IMPIANA KLCC HOTEL IS SERVING COD FISH IN MANY WAYS
Chef Helmut Lamberger the Executive Chef of Impiana KLCC Hotel has whipped up a delicious Codfish Promotion that runs from 15 February until 15 April. Codfish have been a significant signature item in the coffee house, Tonka Bean Café’s menu.
The chef has decided to elaborate and explore the creative juice of cooking methods for Codfish. The two month long promotion will feature Codfish in Many Ways with an extended menu from the existing menu with specialized menu item that includes codfish in every dish.
The starters that have been prepared are Tagliatelle Alio Olio and Codfish Saviche followed with soups of Codfish and Green Mussels Bouillabaisse and Cantonese Codfish and Crabmeat soup. Chef has infused an Asian flavour in his cooking to add more familiar taste to the local.
Among the main items that will be served are Oriental Style seared Cod, Cod in Ginger Shoyu, Steamed Black Cod Loin with Creamy Mustard – Tarragon sauce and Pepper Crusted Steak of Atlantic Black Cod. The price range of this codfish promotion are starting from as reasonable as RM34++ per dish and served from 12noon to 11pm.
Tonka Bean Café is strategically located that it overlooks the breathtaking and majestic façade of Petronas Twin Tower. The warmth and cozy ambience that sits in the middle of busy city centre gives the perfect excuse to enjoy dinner and spend the night away.
