K-drama fans everywhere, we got good news! Starting 2nd of April 2018, you can catch A Poem A Day, a Korean medical drama, on tonton every Monday and Tuesday.

Simulcast with Korea tvN, K-drama fans in Malaysia now can follow closely the development of all 16 episodes of the 1 hour-long drama on tonton’s website, www.tonton.com.my or on tonton apps, available both on App Store and Google Play Store.

The drama follows the ups and downs of a group of physiotherapists, radiologists, nurses and trainees in a hospital. Dubbed the ‘comedical’ staffs, the drama centers around three main characters; Woo Bo-Young, Ye Jae-Wook and Shin Min-Ho in their professional and personal journeys working in a medical field. As with any good Korean drama, expect a good amount of laughter, tears and romance with this comedy-infused medical drama.

Woo Bo-Young is an aspiring poet, however, due to her family’s poor background, she had to let go her poetic dream, studied physical therapy and now worked as a physiotherapist. Having worked in the field for 3 years, she works alongside Ye Jae-Wook, a team leader cum professor in the field with a serious personality securing him many female fans.

Things get more flavourful when Shin Min-Ho, a new trainee who has very little interest in the field comes and joins the team. Born into doctor parents, Min-Ho had no choice but to enter the field of physiotherapy after failing to enter medical school due to his poor grades. He never thought of a serious relationship with a girl, before Bo-young presents him with a love confessing poem.

Will Bo-Young ever realize her dream of becoming a poet? Can Min-Ho finally be at peace with his forced career choice? And can all of the characters navigate their lives amidst working in a hectic field of physiotherapy?

Find out what happens every Monday and Tuesday on www.tonton.com.my or on tonton apps.
