FINALISTS
- Representing Malaysia are Elecoldxhot (ECX), past champion of Astro Battleground who are back with new comrades in the squad, and Eagle Ace, an aspiring newcomer to the local dance scene.
- All eyes are on world-class champions, India’s Desi Hoppers and Korea’s Zeroback being the crowd favourite to grab the prestigious title.
- Other finalists, ArtGee and The Bips (Korea), Scrach Marcs (Singapore), Nocturnal (The Philippines), Zero Four Dance Crew and Taiwan Waackers (Taiwan), Last Minutes Street Crew (Indonesia) and MBS (Japan) will also be battling it out for a shot to win the coveted title.
JUDGES
- Taiwanese professional hip-hop choreographer Hsiang and the popping master of Korea, Firebac will return to the judging panel this year.
- Joining them are big names on the international dance scene, including Mari Koda, US-based Japanese choreographer who starred in the American movie series, Step Up; Keone & Mari, legendary dancing couple, Pacman, director and choreographer from the US, as well as Korean professional choreographer Coo Jerri.
HOSTS
- Local YouTuber and dancer, Dennis Yin reprises his role as the host of Asian Battleground, and will be joined by social media influencer, Jenn Chia at the grand finals.
