Saksikan Anugerah Tahunan Akademi ke-81 pada hari Jumaat, 22 Februari 2009 jam 10:00 pagi hingga 1:00 petang! Disiarkan di lebih 200 buah negara, acara yang penuh gilang-gemilang ini akan diulang tayang di NTV7 pada hari Sabtu, 28 Februari 2009 jam 10:00 malam hingga 1:00 pagi.

Pelakon utama filem “Australia” arahan Baz Luhrmann, Hugh Jackman akan mengendalikan acara tahunan ini buat kali pertama, dipilih kerana sifat humor dan kredibilitinya sebagai seorang penghibur yang berkebolehan serta mempunyai daya penarik dan elegan.
