Calling all photography aficionados, enthusiasts and camera hobbyists – come join Samsung in a visual learning adventure of a lifetime. Explore the sights and sounds of scenic Hanoi, Vietnam’s beautiful capital and renowned cultural centre, with Samsung by taking part in Samsung’s NX TRAVELLER contest*.
20 winners from the Southeast Asia region will have the chance to embark on a unique photography learning trip along with photography experts from the region, and take in the beauty that Hanoi has to offer over three days from 13 – 15 December.
A series of exciting opportunities to capture Hanoi’s stunning night views, sprawling landscape, moments on the city’s busy streets, and traditional costumes await our winners. Celebrated street photographer Aik Beng Chia (aka ABC) from Singapore and editorial and commercial photographer Marrysa Tunjung Sari (aka Sasha) from Indonesia will accompany the winners on the trip. ABC and Sasha will offer a peek into what it feels like behind their personal lenses and winners have a chance to uncover what captivates them to keep clicking as they share hands-on tips, tricks, practices and learnings throughout the trip.
From now till midnight on 30 November, participants are invited to sign up for a chance to see Hanoi through a different lens at www.smartphotography.asia/nxtraveller or through our Facebook page (facebook.com/smartphotographyasia). Participants who register and tell us which Samsung camera they are using and why they are the best choice for the NX Traveller programme could stand a chance to Say Hello to Hanoi locals, shoot glorious scenery at Ninh Binh and snap photos of yummy Vietnamese dishes.
True to its mantra of a brand that encourages people to shoot, learn and discover, Samsung’s NX range of cameras will be made available to winners so that they can experience unique features such as “Shoot & Share” first-hand.

Samsung’s SmartPhotography Portal is a platform designed for Samsung smart camera owners and photography enthusiasts to communicate, exchange ideas and tips, and upload their personal photos for critique and comments.
