The YouTube Stars is a unique music festival that will feature a line-up of popular YouTube sensations on one same stage, transcending them from online to a live stage.

It is the first ever music festival to be officially sanctioned by YouTube in the world. The festival will feature international and local acts that have successfully gained a following on YouTube, and they were chosen based on their popularity and viewership ratings on YouTube.

In recent years, there has been a rising trend of YouTube sensations drawing millions of views for their videos and garnering hundreds of thousands of channel subscribers. These talented musicians have built up fan base all over the world, including Singapore.

YouTube is the 3rd most visited website in the world with 3 billion views a day and 35 hours of video uploaded to YouTube every minute. In Singapore alone, 1.7 million unique viewers watch videos on YouTube every month, making up more than 60% of the online community.

YouTube Singapore was launched on October 20th, 2011 and is Singapore’s largest online entertainment platform, where people can enjoy the largest selection of videos, users can collaborate with others to share their creativity and brands can get access to the world’s most engaged audience.
