1. What is #MusicNow?
#MusicNow allows our customers to revive the premium music streaming experience. Stream as much Spotify Premium music as you want on your smartphone from the 30 April 2015 till 31 July 2015 – with no data charges! And the best part is that you also get Spotify Premium (worth RM14.90) for free during this period exclusively from Maxis.
2. Who can get the #MusicNow Promo and when is it available?
#MusicNow is available starting 30 April 2015 to ALL Maxis and Hotlink customers on a 1GB and above monthly Mobile Internet Plan.
3. How do I get access to my Free Spotify Premium service?
As long as you have a 1GB and above monthly Mobile Internet Plan, you can start streaming as much Spotify Premium music as you want and it won’t count towards your data plan. So all you need to do is to REDEEM your FREE Spotify Premium subscription service via the Maxis App for Postpaid customers and Red App for Hotlink customers.
4. How much data am I allocated for this?
You may Stream Spotify Premium Music as much as you want.
5. Will my music streaming be slowed to 2G speeds after reaching a certain data limit?
No. When you reach your limits all other internet access will slow down except your Spotify Music streaming!
6. Does #MusicNow work when music is streamed on tethered devices or through a hotspot?
No. Streaming Music using your hotspot will count towards your Data Plan.
