We all know that Chris Brown is an awesome performer and dancer! In this case, there will be a ‘CHRIS BROWN DANCE OFF COMPETITION’ and stand a chance to win the grand prize of cash RM1,000. You would have to perform your best dance choreography to any one of Chris Brown’s song during the event night at Zouk KL.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Open for all Malaysian residents.
• For those who are participating the Chris Brown Dance Off Competition, must submit details (stated above) before2nd July 2012.
• Chris Brown Dance Off Competition allows either a solo performance OR a group performance (maximum 3 in a group).
• Entry into Zouk Club is strictly applicable to 21 years old and above only.
• Only original Chris Brown’s ‘FORTUNE’ album presented at the door will be allowed TWO entries into the club otherwise Zouk club charges apply.
• The employees and their family members of Sony Music Entertainment Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Zouk Club (KL) Sdn. Bhd. are not eligible to enter the contest.
• Sony Music Entertainment Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“The Organiser”) is not in any way liable for any damage or loss resulting from contestants participating in the Contest due to misdirected or incomplete entries.
• The Organiser’s decision shall be final and neither discussion nor correspondence will be entertained. Winner will announced on the night of the event.
• The Winner may be required by the Organiser to participate in interviews, publicity photos, videos and/or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit, without payment or any compensation whatsoever.
• The Organiser shall not be liable to perform any of their obligations under the Contest or in respect of the Prize where they are unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond their control and shall not be liable to compensate the Winner in such circumstances.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside the Organiser’s reasonable control, the Organiser reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal value at its absolute discretion. The Prize exchangeable or transferable.
• In the event that a Winner chooses not to accept the Prize, the Winner shall then forfeit any and all claims to that Prize, which will be dealt with accordingly at the absolute discretion of the Organiser.
• The Contestants hereby indemnifies the Organiser against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any Prize(s) or participation in the Contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission the Prize.
